Super Sheer Drop Veil – ARIA
Aria is a simple super sheer drop veil made from our SV illusion tulle, a very fine and transparent tulle which has some body and holds its shape. It is also very transparent allowing the detail of your dress to shine through.
This veil simply drops over your head with very little gathering at the crown and after the ceremony, the front blusher tier can be flipped back to form a second tier at the back of your head.
The Aria drop veil adds a traditional and romantic touch to your wedding day and is the style of veil often favoured for royal weddings.
The drop veil is held in place with a discreet silk-bound comb. I can also provide this veil with the comb unattached so that you can choose where you would like to place it, just let me know when you place your order.
As each veil is made to order, we can tweak and change most elements of the design. For example, we can cut the blusher to a shorter or longer length and add an edging or embellishment of your choice.
Regarding length, if you are going long, we recommend selecting a veil length which extends at least 30-50 cm beyond the end of your dress or train. If you need veil-length advice, just drop me an email and I’ll be happy to help. Our standard lengths are listed below but as each piece is made to order, we can also cut to your own choice of length.
Regarding colour, we do recommend you order samples of the tulle so you can decide which works best with your dress. If you drop me an email with your name and address, I’ll be happy to post these out to you.

- The blusher tier measures 36 inches at its longest point although we can cut this tier to your own choice of length. Consider whether you will be wearing the blusher tier drawn across your face and whether you would like it to sit above or below your bouquet.
- Width of veil is approximately 110 inches but is available in a narrower width – just let me know when you order
- The end of the veil is cut into a perfect semi-circle to echo the shape of your dress or train.
- Designed with a simple cut edge meaning there is no edging or seams
