How can I contact you?

The best way is by email hello@sashandveil.co.uk

How can I be sure the veil will match my dress?

I am always very happy to send out tulle samples to ensure your veil will be a perfect match for your dress. Email me hello@sashandveil.co.uk with the colours you would like to see and samples will be posted out to you.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, many of my veils are custom orders plus I can also make changes to my existing designs. If you would like to discuss a custom order, get in touch by email hello@sashandveil.co.uk and we can chat through your ideas.

Can you do rush orders?

Often we can – we usually allocate spaces in our production to allow for urgent orders. If you need your veil quickly, then do get in touch and we will do our best to rush it to you.

How long will my veil take to make?

You should allow around 2-3 weeks from ordering until your veil is dispatched. If you would like it more quickly or would like a rush order, just get in touch before ordering and we will do our very best to rush it through for you. Bear in mind, if you are ordering from overseas, you should allow enough time for your veil to get to you.

How will my veil be packaged?

Each veil leaves us in a luxury white box, encased in layers of tissue and tied with satin ribbon. We dispatch our petal veils in larger boxes to ensure the petals are not crushed. If you live close enough to the studio and would prefer to collect your veil in person, let us know when you order and we will be happy to refund the postage.

How will my veil be posted?

Each veil is posted out using tracked and signed-for postage so you are able to track its progress on its way to you. Although these delivery times are not guaranteed, UK delivery typically takes 2-3 days, Europe 4-5 days and the US, Canada, Japan and Australia, usually 7-10 days.

How do I arrange a visit?

We love meeting brides in person and if you live close enough to the studio or are going to be in the area, I’d love to meet you. We see brides by appointment to ensure we have all of the veil collection available for you when you visit. Just email us hello@sashandveil.co.uk or complete our appointment form here to arrange a consultation.

How should I prepare for my veil consultation?

If you have your dress then it’s a good idea to bring it along together with your shoes and your headpiece, if you are wearing one. If you don’t have your dress, then just wear a light coloured top or t-shirt and if you are wearing your hair in an updo, bring along a bobble or some grips so we can get an idea of how the veil will sit in your hair. Pinterest boards, magazine tears and members of your bridal party are all very welcome too!
